Dennis Sponer is a thought leader in the legal, health-tech, biotech, pharmaceutical, and startup worlds. Sponer co-founded ScripNet, a uniquely designed Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) company, in 1997. After serving as In-House Counsel for one of Las Vegas’ largest healthcare conglomerates, Dennis devised a payor-based technological solution to the challenge of pharmaceutical payment and remittance.

As one of the first workers’ compensation-specific Pharmacy Benefit Managers in the industry, Dennis pushed the boundaries of what a PBM can do. ScripNet was a three-time winner of the Inc. 500 and was named to the Inc. 5000 numerous times thereafter. Clients of ScripNet included some of the largest carriers, governmental entities, and self-insured employers in the nation, including FedEx, Starbucks, Lockheed Martin, the Cities of Dallas, Atlanta, and Philadelphia, as well as the State of Texas and the State of Nevada.

After fifteen years of exceptional growth and class-leading industry recognition, ScripNet was acquired in 2012 by Optum Healthcare Solutions. After selling ScripNet, Dennis served as Executive Vice President for the acquiring company and successfully integrated ScripNet into the larger entity. His latest venture, HSARx, was a consumer-facing Pharmacy Benefit Manager focused on the owners of health savings accounts. He sold HSARx to SwiftScript in October of 2023. Dennis obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University, where he served as Note and Comment Editor of the Law Review. He then obtained his Master of Laws in Taxation (L.L.M.) from the University of San Diego. After selling ScripNet, Dennis returned to school to earn his TRIUM MBA, the program jointly administered by New York University's Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics, and HEC Paris.

Dennis is a member of the 1999 Leadership Las Vegas graduating class, was named by InBusiness Las Vegas to its annual Top 40 Under 40 list, is a graduate of MIT's prestigious Birthing of Giants program, and holds a certificate in full stack development from MIT.

Dennis is licensed as an attorney in California and Nevada and is a past President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. He also serves on the Southern Utah University School of Business National Advisory Board, the SUU Entrepreneur Leadership Council, and the UNLV College of Liberal Arts Board. Dennis is a Senior Advisor at Connected-Capital, a London-based UK FCA-regulated advisory firm. Through his consultancy, SRX Advisors, Dennis serves as an advisor and legal counsel to various investors, venture capital firms, startups, biotech, health care technology, and artificial intelligence firms.

Mischulaikah Grune is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and technologist whose work sits at the intersection of AI, health intelligence, and personalized nutrition. She is the Founder and CEO of OrthoFoodie, a nutrition-intelligence platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze micronutrient needs in real time and translate them into practical, personalized food decisions.

Under Mischulaikah’s leadership, OrthoFoodie has evolved from a personal health solution into a B2B2C ecosystem serving employers, health systems, fitness organizations, and insurers. The platform addresses over 400 chronic conditions and hundreds of human life contexts—from burnout and overtraining to grief and caregiving—providing users with food recommendations grounded not in trends, but in biology and circumstance. “We don’t count calories and we don’t believe in diets,” she explains. “We measure what gives your body energy to heal, function, and thrive—and then suggest what you’re lacking.”

Before founding OrthoFoodie, Mischulaikah co-founded an IT consultancy advising companies on digital transformation and scalable technology systems, and co-owns the largest martial arts gym in The Netherlands, where she applied principles of data-driven coaching and behavioral performance optimization. Her approach to technology mirrors her health philosophy: systems thinking, personalization, and efficiency. “No app could tell me what my body needed,” she says. “So I built one that could.”

OrthoFoodie’s mission extends beyond wellness—it aims to democratize preventive health by embedding nutrition intelligence where it matters most: in communities facing chronic stress, hormonal imbalance, low health literacy, and environmental exposure. “It’s not about quinoa and supplements,” Mischulaikah notes. “It’s about cultural food realities, affordability, and actionable insight.”

Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, Mischulaikah built a career in the creative industries as an international touring artist, an experience that deepened her understanding of human performance, resilience, and innovation under pressure.

Her personal health journey remains the emotional foundation of her professional vision. Through self-study in orthomolecular and functional medicine, she reversed her condition, stopped all medication, and reclaimed her health. “Nutrition didn’t just help me feel better,” she recalls. “It gave me back my brain, my energy, and my future.”

Today, Mischulaikah Grune is recognized as a thought leader in nutrition intelligence, health equity, and technology-enabled self-care. Her guiding principle is simple: “You eat today for who you want to be tomorrow.”
